Requirements:
- Higher education
- 5-7 years of an operational experience in bank sphere
- Administrative abilities
- Knowledge of the Azerbaijan and Russian languages (the knowledge of English language is welcomed)
- Knowledge of computer programs (MS Office, Internet Explorer)
- Skill to communicate
- Ability of the analysis and the decision of analytical problems
- Activity, initiative, ability to accept critical decisions
- Knowledge of the market as a whole, knowledge of position of competitors
- Research of client base of competing banks
Professional duties
- The General job management of branch
- Qualitative carrying out of bank operations and rendering of services to clients
- The management of the general accounts and branch reports
- Carrying out of the closed negotiations with potential clients
- Rendering of other bank services to clients
