DemirBank also offers free plastic cards to the depositors that besides free cards can receive credit line on plastic card in the amount of 70% of their deposits. Pursuant to its social-oriented policy, DemirBank also conducts “Free plastic cards to students abroad” campaign.

DemirBank’s servicing network comprised of 29 branches and 45 ATMs in Baku and regions ensures comfortable use of the Bank’s plastic cards.

Order and receipt of plastic cards

• Ordering the card – to order the card the customer shall approach one of the branches of the bank with identification card for signing documents and paying annual service fee. Receiving the card – the card can be received at the same branch on 3rd working day from the date of order. For additional payment the card can be ordered and received within 15 – 60 minutes (Express-Card service). 
• The card can also be ordered by online-application from the Bank’s website. In that case the client visits the Bank only once to get his/her card.

38 days interest-free credit on plastic card

DemirBank’s clients can open credit line on plastic card. The term of the credit line is usually 1 year. Within the credit line the clients can enjoy an interest free period of up to 38 days. At the same time:

• The interest for the used portion of credit line is not calculated if the debt on credit is paid till the 10th of the following month;
• If the credit debt is not paid or partially paid till the 10th of the following month, the interest is calculated for the used portion of credit line at 27% annual rate during the period of use of credit.

In case of repeated use of credit line during the term of the credit agreement, the above rules are applied in each case. The credit line is opened for the Bank depositors and based on the salary statement. Details

Individual card design

This service enables clients to order the card with individual image on it. The client shall bring or e-mail to the Bank the wished image or design. After submitting the design the client shall receive the card within 3 days. The card is ordered in regular manner. The price of the card with individual design is 59 AZN.

Express-Card service

This service is available in branches of the Bank in Baku and Sumgayit. If the card is ordered in “Operational” branch, the card will be ready in 15 minutes. In other branches of Baku, the card can be received within an hour, in Sumgayit branch – within one and a half hour.

Card-to-Card service

This service enables clients transferring money from one card to another via ATM. This service can also be used for making payments on credit line. For such transaction the client needs to know the number and expiry date of the card. The fee for the transaction is 0.15% of the transferred amount.

SMS-Banking service

This service enables clients to monitor their card accounts via mobile phone. The client automatically receives sms-message on his/her mobile phone at each card transaction that is very important from the viewpoint of security and in case of, for example, loss of the card and etc.

This service embraces all clients of mobile operators in Azerbaijan and abroad. The cost of SMS-banking service is 15 AZN. The client can receive detailed information on his/her account (balance, transactions, status, etc) by sending sms to number 050 225 88 93. Details

Payment of communications and utilities via ATM's

The holders of DemirBank plastic cards can pay for utilities (electricity, gas, water) and communication services (Azercell, Bakcell) without commissions charged. ATM locations

Payment of communications and utilities via Telephone-banking

This service enables the holders of MasterCard and VISA from DemirBank and other banks to pay for utilities (electricity, gas, water) and communication services (Azercell, Bakcell, Nar Mobile) from their homes or offices by simply dialing 3 digit number 149. Details
