“The Best Corporate Website” nomination of the National Internet Award NETTY 2010.
National Internet Award NETTY is the first and the highest award in the area of information technology in Azerbaijan. Since 2005 regularly presented National Internet Award NETTY is supported on government level.
Currently, more than 225 pages are functioning in three languages of the website, not counting the continuously renewed news block. The visitors to the site can use different calculators, currency converter, online card orders, reach the Bank via online infocenter, etc.
“UGUR-2009” prize in the nomination “Successful Re-branding”
The adoption of new name and logo in 2009, TV commercials on re-branding, winning campaign “Yubiley”, advertisements and PR campaigns, TV reports, magazine articles, preparation of advertising materials and other activities on re-branding played significant role in receiving the prize in this nomination.
Honour Diploma in the nomination “Productive work with youth”
DemirBank in February 2010 received HONOUR DIPLOMA in the nomination “Productive work with youth” within National Prize “Youth friend” by Public Association “Youth Centre”.
Rewarding DemirBank with Honour Diploma is the result of successful activity of the Bank in supporting youth, namely, providing services for young people, engaging them in the Bank, financing their masters education abroad, cooperating with youth organizations and educational institutions.
Honorary Certificate from VISA International for the issue of 50000s card
DemirBank received Honorary Certificate from VISA International for the issue of 50000s card of this payment system. The certificate was issued at the solemn ceremony organized by Visa International and dedicated to its 12 year activity in Azerbaijan.
Honorary Certificate was received as a result of DemirBank’s active participation in the plastic card market of Azerbaijan. DemirBank is the principal member and acquire of VISA International и MasterCard International with many years of mutually successful cooperation.
DemirBank was awarded Honorary Diploma in the “Money, Credit and Banking Services” nomination
Honorary Diploma in the “Money, Credit and Banking Services“ category at the ceremony of 5 year anniversary of State Program for Socio-Economic Development of Regions.
The Diploma was awarded by “Genjler Merkezi” Public Association with participation of various organizations and Members of Parliament.

DemirBank was the first to receive “Trust Bank” prize in this area. The 2nd prize “For contribution to social-economic development of regions” DemirBank received for the active participation and achievements in social and economic development of most regions of Azerbaijan.
"Most driven PR service in the banking sector"
In 2007 the PR of DemirBank won the first annual contest for “The best PR service” conducted by press-release distribution service. Zamiq Shukurov, on behalf of the bank, received the prize in nomination “Most driven PR service in the banking sector, 2006”.
"Most stable bank"
DemirBank received the prize for “The most stable bank of Azerbaijan” in opinion of “Express-transfers” service founded by IMPEKSBANK (Russia), member of Raiffeisen group. The prize was awarded for the reliable customer services and dynamic growth in the area of express money transfers “Bistraya Pochta”.
