 | Mr.Mardan Shykhaliyev First Deputy of Executive Board, Member of Executive Board Born on February 16, 1960. 1982 - has obtained the degree of engineer-economist of the Kharkov Engineers Institute. Since 1993 he has been working in the banking field. Starting from 1996 held the position of leading economist, head of the branch of Operations Department and then, head of the Financial Credit Department. Since 2004 he is working as the first deputy of the Chairman of Executive Board DemirBank. |
 | Mr.Oktay Aliyev Deputy Chairman of Executive Board, Member of Executive Board Born on September 23, 1955. 1981 - has completed the law faculty of the Azerbaijani State University. 1992-1994 - has been working as the head of legal section of DemirBank. Since 1994 is the Deputy of Chairman of of Executive Board. Married, has one child. |
 | Mr.Yusif Jabbarov Deputy Chairman of Executive Board, Member of Executive Board Born on December 15, 1981. Since 2001 has been working in the banking sector. 2002 - he was graduated from the Finance and Credit faculty of the Azerbaijan State Economic University. During 2001-2006 he has been working as economist, leading economist, the Head of Foreign Supervisory section and the director of Credit Institution Supervision Department at the National Bank of Azerbaijan. 2007 - He was graduated from Birmingham Business School in The United Kingdom, MBA degree in “Banking and International Finance”. Since 2007 Mr.Jabbarov is the Deputy Chairman of Executive Board of DemirBank OJSC. Married, has one child. |
 | Mr.Rauf Akhundov Deputy Chairman of Executive Board Born on July 27, 1975. 1998 - he was graduated from the Loan faculty of the Azerbaijan International University. 2008 - the Credit and Finance faculty of the Azerbaijani State Economic University. Since 1998 has been working in the banking sector. During 2007-2009, he has been working as the Director of Credit Department. Since 2009 is the Deputy Chairman of Executive Board of DemirBank. Married, has two children. |
