Work place	Public agency or private enterprise with stable financial status
Age requirements	Men: 20 - 62 year Women: 20 - 57 year
Term of service	at least 6 month
Requisite documents	Identification card Verification of employment
Commission fee	Loan documenting – 1% of loan amount
