
DemirBank is the first bank in the country which received international rating that testifies its dynamic development and achievements of the bank.

By the results of next assessments the bank has improved. In February 2010 Fitch Ratings reevaluated the performance of DemirBank and reconfirmed its rating as follows:

The presence of international financial institutions such as European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Netherlands Development Finance Company (FMO) among the shareholders of the Bank with “25% + 1 share” and 10% share respectively also has its positive influence on the rating of the bank.
Today only about 10 among 46 banks in the country have international rating. The rating of a bank plays important role in the development of international cooperation.
